If This Was the Ride Home
If this were one of our old rides home from practice, Regan,
I’d probably say something simple like:
“Good effort tonight. Smart plays.”
Then we’d talk about sticks, boots, or what to eat.
Those were easy, real moments.
There’s an art to the perfect pass: Seeing something others don’t, and making the play even if you don’t get the spotlight. Regan, you’ve always had that vision. It’s one of the things I admire most about how you play.
